Fantastic view of Mt Fuji from the room. We were lucky to get both mornings with no cloud (although too foggy at sunrise) Staff were extremely helpful, even meeting us in the carpark to assist with bags etc. Rooms were simple and neat with futon beds set up/down each day by staff. Kettle and fridge in room. We used the onsen which was clean. Women can access the top level one in the arvo/night so no view of Mt Fuji really. Our boys didn't go on the morning so not sure of view. Didn't use the restaurant but one a nearby 2 minute walk away which was good, and we had a car.

Loved the view of Mt Fuji overseeing the lake from our room Also loved the Japanese-style room, and the dinner and breakfast we availed of were great. The onsens were also a pleasant experience to try, and the staff were very attentive and can speak English well. We also appreciated the shuttle back to the station.

The hotel is located in a popular area where has access to public transportation, besides, hotel offers free shuttle services from nearby train station to hotel. There's more than enough parking spaces for guests who drive to the hotel

Wow,. We wanted to have the best view of Fuji to wake up to and got it! The staff make you feel you are at a 5 star hotel. with oustanding service from all staff members. Went to the tourist information centre at the train station, they called the shuttle bus for pick up.. We got off and 2 staff members welcomed us. Check in staff were lovely. Our room view was amazing! We sat on the chairs and had drinks and were in awe of the sight. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice enough. Great bathroom. We chose the dinner and breakfast package. The dinner was great! There wasn't anything I didn't like and the Lady assisted us as we weren't sure how to cook things etc but she did it for us. She was so patient and fun. Breakfast, a different lady and she was very kind and answered our questions about the food through translate. We loved both the Ladies. It was a great experience to have a Japanese breakfast. Reception lady helped us with a coffee request and we got some beautiful post cards upon leaving. Oh.. and we walked along the lake in the morning and it was beautiful. A staff member came across the road and offered to take our photo in front of Mt Fuji. It was so nice of her as it's a great memory. This place was a great choice. The lake is so peaceful and so relaxing. We thank the all the staff for a memorable stay.

To be honest I had a low expectation towards the facilities from the photos on Booking. However, everything looked way nicer and newer than they are from the photos, especially the room, the view as well as the sauna facilities. Room was the best part, you can literally see Fujisan from your own window without any blocking item. Either morning or night, any time. It feels so zen when you sit there doing nothing. The room itself is traditional and facilities in the room is modern, which is great! Hot water was provided in the room so you can make your own tea and coffee. It also has everything you need for the sauna. Sauna room: it was one of the best part during my stay! I was expecting the room to be a tiny and crowded one but it turned out large and empty. Only me and mom in the room and there were two large sauna pool in the 7F one. Also it was such a clean facility though I didn't see any staff working on it nearby. (to keep it private and quiet) I also ordered breakfast and dinner with my stay. Both were execellent and unique. I never tried traditional Japenese meal before. It was so colorful and various in types of food and I always don't know which one to pick next. I will give 10/10. The dining room was clean but a little bit old. That doesn't affect our experience at all. Front desk and shuttle driver were nice and helpful. Was also easy to communicate with. Thank you!

The hotel is located with one of the best, if not the best, view of Mt. Fujii and the Lake Kawguchiko. Amazing! Wow! The staff treated you as valuable guest from the time they greet you. They take your luggage to your room. They are very friendly. They make you feel special. The front desk lady was so helpful providing information, very knowledgable and made recommendations and was so kind! We went to the places she recommended and really enjoyed them! I usually like buffet for dinner, but the Keiseki dinner and breakfast was filling (I eat alot)and exceeded my expectation. It was sooo good! The onsens were clean and spacious. The room as a good size and very comfortable. When I go to Kawaguchiko again, I will stay at this hotel. One of the best hotel on our trip. The picture I uploaded was Mt. Fuji taken from our lanai, breakfast, lunch and the outside of the hotel. The front of the hotel. The rooms are in the tower in the back so while it seems only 2 stories there is a tower just behind the two stories.

Fantastic hotel for location to Mnt Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko. We booked the Lake and Fuji view but unfortunately, the day we were there it was raining, so no view of Fuji but was still nice to wonder the town and surrounding lake area. The team at the Hotel were so lovely! The pick up from the bus station was super easy to do and a great service. Breakfast was a traditional Japanese. The lady running the breakfast room, although no English spoken (and our zero japanese), really did try to guide you through each offering in front of you. She was great! Food was amazing! Upon check out, the hotel staff apologised for the fact we hadn't seen Fuji during our stay and gave us a lovely keepsake postcard of Fuji to take away! Would definitely stay again.

This is the best stay I ever had in Japan!! I love their services so much, I can feel that they put 120% effort in ensuring their guests getting the best hospitality. Here's a few plus points that I really appreciate: 1. Before my stay, I asked tons of questions through the customer chat and they had patiently answered all my questions. 2. They provide shuttle bus service and that ease our traveling in Fuji a lot! I must say their shuttle bus service is really efficient! (the bus/van reach the station JUST WITHIN 5mins after calling) 3. The receptionists are all very professional and friendly! One thing that warmed my heart a lot is that when we asked if we can sit at the couch beside the door to grab a bite while waiting for the shuttle bus, the receptionist quickly ran inside and cleared a table and seats for us, so we had a proper place to eat at that moment which I really appreciate. 4. The room is perfect! It is spacious, clean, all the amenities are great, the bidet is clean with latest specs, the bathroom is big enough for 1 person, the shower is great, they even have water heater to make ocha or coffee in room. My favourite of all is the MOUNT FUJI VIEW right from our window! I can never forget the beauty of Mount Fuji. I highly recommend one to wake up early to watch the Mount Fuji from dawn till sun rise, it's mesmerising. 5. The onsen bath is great! Guys and girls are separated and they will interchange the onsen bath based on timing. Both have the mount fuji view and one of it has jacuzzi. I love both of them! They have water dispenser and massage chairs right outside the onsen and it's FOC. So after onsen bath, I grabbed a hot Barley tea and enjoyed the massage chair before heading back to room. I slept sound and tight that night. 6. Last but not least, we went to Fuji Q Highland and got very late. It was 8pm++ and we were not back to hotel yet. The receptionist messaged us to check if we were alright. I'm so touched!

I had a tatami room with futon beds that faced Mt Fuji so that made for a splendid view. The staff were really focused on customer service. We arrived by car on a rainy day and two of them were waiting at the driveway with umbrellas. Dinner and breakfast were very good and typical Japanese style, very pretty to look at. At departure, because I was hoping to catch the wisteria season at hamamoto flower park, the reception took the initiative to call the park to enquire. To top it off, on departure, a young lady staff accompanied us to our car and helped to control traffic for us to drive off. And after driving off maybe 80 metres I could still see her waving us goodbye in my rear mirror.

Location on the Red Line bus was convenient and hotel provided shuttle service to and from Kawaguchiko Station. View from balcony room was gorgeous, especially once Mt Fuji decided to show itself! Staff very accommodating and helpful. Food was prepared by local woman who clearly showed pride in her preparations. Cuisine was entirely Japanese and delicious. Hotel is older but well kept and comfortable. Nice onsen baths available.
